We are an established holistic wellness center in the Flatiron District of New York City, and we are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, committed part-time assistant operations manager with a focus on supporting and growing the business through maintaining its systems and procedures, overseeing all front desk functions, up-selling services, and providing support as needed to the business.
Duties will include:
- Light administrative duties.
- Scheduling
- Liaison between staff, vendors, clients, and owner
- Overseeing team
- Ordering supplies
- General oversight of the physical space
- Work in close relationships with social media marketers
- Must be computer savvy
- Updating online communication boards.
- Proficiency with all the services provided.
- Communicating effectively & politely with staff and clientele.
- Cleaning & tidying.
- Keeping track of and ordering new inventory.

This is a part-time position only. There will be no full-time opportunity.
